I am NOT a large person (5'10", 150lbs) and I swash. (rapier fighter).
And yes, it is NOT strip fencing, by matter of means. A good strip
fencer would make a good SCA rapier fighter (assuming he/she fought
epee, not foil or saber (epee has the whole body as a target and no
'right of way' rule)), but the reverse may or may not be true.
