Regarding Orks with LRs, I see the following options:

1. LR = BW.
2. Wait for WD ??? which will have Blood Axe Groups in, the way they've
done for Spece Wolves etc.
3. Allow 1 (BloodAxe) LR to replace 1-3 other BWs, at double cost.
4. Make a new "improved" LR with FP 4 instead of AT 2, to take into
account Orky modifications. Price should be the same, as it seems that
GW thinks that 1 AT = FP 2 (I don't!)

Of the 4, I like, in order, 3,2,4 then 1 a distant last.
