YMMV means "Your Mileage May Vary", meaning that two (or more) people may
be agreeing to disagree or may have different opinions which aren't likely
to change.
I may have jumped the gun using it here; the first time I saw it two guys
were...um...smoldering each other (much too polite and friendly to be
called flaming) about a topic I forgot. For some reason it just appeals to
me. Maybe it's the use of a pop culture phrase being applied to something
different from it's original meaning.
