[Epic] Barrages and Blast Markers

Just recently we've been having a little discussion about the effect blast
markers have on SHW's. Barrages and Heavy Barrages are listed in the SHW
section of the rules. I think you can see where I'm going with this. Do
you subtract the blast markers from the ultimate FP of the barrage attack or
do you subtract them from the number of barrages you can fire? This worries
me a lot (well, not an awful lot but enough to make me share my worries).

A problem shared is somebody else's problem!
