What happens to the grots is they stand around with their fingers in
their, err, noses, and die in place. They can not
1) be made HQ (Battle Book, page 103
2) Move (rules, page 10)
3) Shoot (Rules page 10)
They can fight back in an assult or firefight and can snap fire, but
that is it (also rules, page 10).

As soon as 1 (one) grot bites it the unit give up it moral points
