I have 4 of them. (also my wifes paint jobs, they are "cute" but the
mega-gargant is "boring", sigh). I count 3 weapons on them. The Gargant
option is 3 weapons. Of course you only have one that is variable, and it
most likely is a CCW. I have 2 with Lifta-Droppas and 2 with CCW. A mekboy
gargant works out as1 Weapon Battery
1 CCW
+ 1 Lifta Dropa or CCW.

If you really wanted to be picky you could drop it to having 6 or 8 damage,
instead of 12.
