Yeah, now I look at it that other command miniature is a medic. Gee,
that'll make the perfect medic mini (do I feel like an idiot or what).
After thinking about the responses my thoughts have evolved into this ...
Upgrade ...
Any command (ie Captains, etc) stand can be upgraded to include support
staff at the cost of 5(?) points. The support staff include (but are not
limited to) Medics (Painboys), Techmarines (Mechanics), Standard Bearers,
Chaplains (Commisars), Living Ancestors) etc.
During the rally phase, any detachment which includes support staff in the
command element may remove one extra blast marker. This represents the
support staff healing people, fixing vehicles, inspiring troops etc. If a
detachment has more than one stand upgraded to include support staff it
does not remove extra blast markers.
The big question is what armies/detachements should it apply to ???
Alternatively, you could just use the medic miniature that comes in the
boxes of plastic bits.
