     Thanks to MDMc for saving me the trouble (I was going to do it today -
     honest :)
     
     One comment only, next time anyone adds comments into the text, could
     you use something other than [...]? [*...*] for example as I found
     the comments eventually - and they were worth the effort - I wouldn't
     want to miss any.
     
     Okay, so it was a very minor quibble.
     
     I'll get me coat then.
