[Epic] ethnic marine variants

     (UK)WD214 has more studio armies; Imperial Guard this time and they
     have a few racial variants there. If you're opponents have a problem
     with you fielding >insert skin tone here< figures, tell them not to be
     so narrow minded, or ask them why their Orks are green ... "because
     that's the colour Orks are" they'll say, leaving themselves wide open
     to: "and just what colour are humans?".
