I agree with everyone who already posted regarding BMs and multi-hit SHW
(ie, 3 BMs to cancel Dominatrix's energy pulse) with a couple exceptions.
You mentioned the CCW; I would say 4 BMs to offset the FP but I would
always allow the CCW to function in close combat regardless of BMs. The
other exception to me would be barrages. Even though they generate FP, I
would say 1 BM eliminates the Barrage (or Heavy Barrage) entirely.

I believe certain older (unofficial?) materials represented White Scars as
'Jamaican.' They had black skin and dreadlocks I think.
