        Good question. I would be inclined to say that only the models visible as
you look from the top are vulnerable _BUT_ the building is also vulnerable
to damage itself and troops below will probably get caught in any collapse,
etc.

        I think anything smaller than a Titan can move in any direction it wants.
Justification: If elements of a detachment are considered able to fire in
any direction that implies free facing changes, which would therefore allow
movement "forward" in any direction.
