This is more difficult.
You can imagine that for this kind of teleportation some
installations are necessary. With this conditions, yours gargants or
other WEs can't appear everywhere but only in precise zones of the
battlefield. Then you can use the same system than the Reserve rules
in order to know when the WEs can be teleported.
