As regards Warhound Titans and Barrage Missile Launchers: Good question.
According to the E40K books, nope, the armament is fixed. But I
personally would like to see them be allowed, along with the (new)
short-range weapons in the Flavour Rules (ie Vulcan Megabolter or that
flame thingy).
