[Epic] When can psyker do his stuff ?

Is this the case ? I mean, if I have 5 Falcons carrying units containing
Warlocks, and they get caught by Tyranids before they can dismount, they
cannot even support the close combat ? It becomes very dangerous then to
transport psykers...

Think of the following case : a transport containing psykers get blasted by
another psyker, and thay cannot do anything about it ?

If psykers can't use their powers whilst being in a vehicle, can psykers
mounted on bikes and Vypers do their stuff ?

I am completely confused now...
