No! Only Eldar have jetbikes! GW wanted to strengthen the distinctions
between the different armies in WH40K, so took Land Speeders away from IG,
jetbikes away from Marines, and a couple more restrictions that escape me at
present... it's been a long day (25 to midnight, here). Yes, there may be
special characters, but I'd discourage this sort of thing generally.
