The mega-cannon is a great weapon, but not that great! :-) Basically,
if firing a mega-cannon alone, you can place up to 2 blast markers and
no less than 1.

If the mega-cannon misses everything, you place 1 blast marker for it
being a mega-cannon.

If it hits anything, you place 1 blast marker for a single SHW (the
mega-cannon) causing a hit and 1 blast marker for it being a mega
cannon.
