Odds of drawing an '8' 4:52 or 1:13
Total odds: 1:78
Or my math had gone to hell and back.
Now the odds of BOTH of you needing to kill just one detachment to win
the game is 1:1014 (more or less, to avoid brain burn I assume that the
odds of the second player drawing an 8 is the same as the first, which,
if the card is not placed back in the deck it is not exactly. It is, of
course, if the first card drawn is placed back in the deck.)
Hmm... That could make for a VERY odd game. May try that some time.
