------> Oh yeah, the barrage missile, available in Titan size and
Deathstrike
size. This weapon is what made deathstrike units a bit unbalancing. In
theory,
you could shoot down the D-strike version, but if you timed the launch
right,
the enemy would get, at most, one shot. Using multiple tempates, being
able
to place them pretty much at will...such a deal.
The first few times I played the orks, I impressed my Chaos-loving
buddy
with greenskin abilities, so next game he decided to play them. I took
Impies with
a unit of deathstrikes (all 3 barrage missiles) and ONE missile broke
the goffs
in a single turn, and another broke the Bad moons the next turn. The
orks
really take a pounding from this thing as they have to bunch up more
compared to some other armies, but it was nasty against all of them. The
titan
version is way more cost effective than the standard MRL, though I would
usually
mix in at least one of them so as to have some shots later in the game.
