Simple answer: they probably won't. Well, maybe in the next version of EPIC.

I'm very concerned. Apparently, Dave Andrews is doing ALL the titans this
time, for all races. That's Dave Andrews, the designer of the Warlord Titan
and the Gargants.... You know, the guy who sculpted the old Nightwing.
Hopefully, I'll see the new titans next week, so I'll let you know.

Somehow, I doubt I'll be using the new Eldar Titan....
