Been there, done that.

I cut the bulbous tip off the Exarch weapon and removed the Exarch's head.
I then replaced the tip of the weapon with a Banshee power sword blade, and
the head with a Banshee's head. Looks pretty good!

No, I didn't put the spare head on the spare body....
