[Epic]Formula for points

Here is a formula for points (note: not THE formula) which works pretty
well

COST =
( ( Speed / 10 ) + ( (Range/15) * FP ) + (AF * 2) ) * Armour Factor

Armour Factor =
Armour 3 -> 1
       4 -> 1.25
       5 -> 1.5
       6 -> 2

FP for AT = 2, for Death Rays = 3

Add 30% if artillery or flak.

Examples:
Ork Battlewagon
( ( 25 / 10 ) + ( 45 / 15 ) * 1 ) + ( 2 * 2 ) ) * 1.5 = 14.75 [14]
Imperial Land Raider
( ( 20 / 10 ) + ( 45 / 15 ) * 2 * 2 ) + ( 2 * 2 ) ) * 2 = 36 [35]
LeMan Russ
( ( 25 / 10 ) + ( 45 / 15 ) * 3 ) + ( 1 * 2 ) ) * 2 = 27 [32]
Ork Stompa
( ( 15 / 10 ) + ( 45 / 15 ) * 4 ) + ( 4 * 2 ) ) * 1.5 = 32.75 [32]
