[Epic] Big Fella Transport Suggestion

Consider the following :

Big Fella's can be transported, but they take up 2 transport slots, and the
transport and the passenger lose 10 cm (instead of 5cm) when mounting or
dismounting, reflecting the fact that bulkier passengers need more time to
enter/leave the vehicles. (Ever seen a mother with a pram enter a bus ?)
