A lot of folks get all up in arms about the Imperator. I think the
simple answer is its size. How can you miss? Besides, while the 5+
does give it statistically equal shields to a Warlord, that is not the
case when it comes to Death Rays or AT shots. Against these both the
Warlord and the Imperator are hit on 2+ and 4+. Here the Imperator's
extra 6 shields really come in handy.
