[Epic] Failed attempts to subcribe

Hi,

Obviously, we get a lot of people trying to join the list by sending
'subscribe' messages to the whole list. So how do these people get to find
out about the list's existence?

Please, if you have a reference to the list on your web site, add
instruction about how to subscribe. It would certainly improve the volume
of postings to the list, and may even increase the number of people joining.
