I guess I'm missing the point of those who feel people shouldn't be allowed
to pass indefinitely. What are the abuses people feel could result from
such a situation? The skimmer units will always get to fire first in
such a situation. This seems like quite a boost, and I see no reason to
"force" units to fire so that skimmers may attack with no chance of
retribution.
