Ah, no. That is where our discrepancy is creeping in. You must buy 1
HQ for each 3 squads. Or, more correctly, you are allowed to buy up
to three squads in your detachment for each HQ you have purchased.
Check your detachment sheet again; it's spelled out fairly clearly.
