[Epic] Mega-Gargant Close Combat Weapon & Speedsta Lifta Droppa

The Close Combat Weapon of the Mega-Gargant has a range of 0 and a FP of
(1), while all Close Combat Weapons of other Gargants/Titans have a range of
30cm and a FP 4... Are the stats of the Mega-Gargant's CCW a misprint ?

Am I correct in assuming that the Speedsta with Lifta Droppa (38 pts) has a
33% chance of destroying _undamaged_ Heavy Tanks(110 pts)/ Engines of
Vaul(110 pts)/ Battlefortresses(85 pts)/ Subjugators(160 pts)/ Questors(135
pts) and Warhounds(200 pts)/ Revenants(185 pts) with _fully functional_
void/holofields ?
