[Epic] Epic: Campaign Ideas..

Has anyone tried Epic Campaigns using Andy Chambers 'flow chart' system?
does it work out well?

I was thinking of doing something similar but then you get Tyranid player
and you need to make a 3 sided war ...
any thoughts how to run campaigns with more than 2 side involved?
