I guess this is in fact just poetic license. You can shoot, firefight and
close assault all in the same turn. The situation is possible that because
the Orks were in the woods no shooting between the SM and Boyz could take
place, but a firefight may have taken place. The order in which the events
have been described in the paragraph are out of turn sequence, but could
syill happen. Assuming the 18 SM stands could beat the Orks in a FF :o)

calculating final FP (So, before deducting BM's for example)
