[Epic] Another dumb rules question.

Hello:
        I come up against another basic rules quandry. (God, I hate being a
newbie.)
        Are mounted units (like Marine and Eldar Bikes) wiped out with one shot
or do they are the bikes on the stand destroyed one-by-one? Also is the
firepower listed in the Army book for all three bikes or for each bike?
(e.g. is the fire power of an Eldar Bike Squadron 2 or 6?)
