Hiya all,
I just went into GW here in Adelaide and one of the staff (the only normal
one) showed me his latest project. It was an Epic Diorama on a 40mm base.
It was quite neat. It showed a Whirlwind which had just been close
assaulted by some Ork Kommandos.
Anyway, the way it was painted seemed to be ... undercoated black,
everything picked out in white (to give the effect of blacklining), the
white bits coloured then shaded. Now I know this is a little extreme for
rank and file but it looked very effective. Actually, the whole diorama was
very effective. I may do one myself.
