[Epic] Vortex Missile Correction..

Today someone posted that Vortex was artillery (by sayign they could do a
prep. attack)

I believe this is incorrect....

That stats for the Vortex do not mention being artillery and the
deathstrike lacks it as well.

I believe the vortex is meant to a be Line of Sight weapon... ! I hope so
anyhow cuz its bad enough without being able to strike at units that are
hidden by terrain.
