Actually the current E40k army lists are more correct. This's how they do,
and should look;
             Colonel or Commissar General (Supreme Commander)
                         |
                    Captain (Command squad with Hero)
                         |
       ---------------------------------------
        | | |
  Lieutenant Lieutenant Lieutenant <------- Normal Command
Squads....actually
         | | | this is
the only place where the
    3 Squads 3 Squads 3 Squads current army list is
wrong. It only
                                                                      allows
three command squads total.
                                                                      So if
you've got a captain, you can
                                                                      only
have two normal command
                                                                       squads.
And then of course, Auxiliary troops (Ogryns and stuff) would be on the end of
each Platoon.
