I really don't have a clue about the military heirarchy, I was trying to
make the point that the IG in e40k should follow the same command
structure as the ig in wh40k, A senior officer commanding 3 lower level
officers, each of which has three squads in its control, that way,
infantry is worthwhile, because the senior officer is the only one who
will have the +25point HQ cost slapped on him.
