[Epic] Mirror Site for Q&A

For those people that care:
Allen's Q&A pages (both for Epic and E40K) is now mirrored at
http://www.spellbooksoftware.com/allen-mirror/default.html

This is NOT on a .edu site, so it should be up more often than his real
site, at least on days that students are not at the school.

Having said that it database server on my site is dead, which means the
Space Marine Chapter Register is not acting quit right now.

They are working on it, so it should be back up "Soon"
