Having been to a few GW stores lately, and listening to the level of
discourse on this list comapred to
the 40k newsgroup, I think that the average age of Epic players is
older than 40k/WHFB players, it
is certainly older than that of the GorkaMorka players. Thsu we are
not typical GW gamers - at least how their marketing sees us - as they
are clearly targeting young male "pre-teens".
