Citadel Journal publication is in NO way official and I think
it even says as such somewere in it. All it is are readers coments
and suggestions published and tarted up a bit to get GW even more
dosh and I'm sure they do very well out of it. Some of the things
published are lidirus at least in the earlier editions that I have
seen and far worse than some of the ones GW have come up with.
There is however the occasional decent article in there but I would
not relly on them unless I've heard the results from or
undertaken myself some serious play testing.
