[Epic] More Titan Weapon Ideas

In my quest to make Titans more distinct, I've come up with a rule for the Tremor Cannon for the Eldar Titans.

Tremor Cannon
Fire Arc: Side
Range: 60cm
FP: (1)
A Tremor Cannon is 4 Disrupt attacks against a single detachment. It counts as 1 SHW in regards to Blast Markers.
