    Why do you not have the game organiser purchase topographical maps of a
useful are and send them to each player?

    Or purchase a regular rode map of a less populated area of a particular
country and use them. Every one in the US should be able to get the same map
from their version of the Automobile Club.

    There are very good American Civil War or Napoleonic period maps out
there and the British have excellent terrain maps.

     I currently have a campaign going on this way and two of the players
are E-mailers.
