I thought this was done by detachment as well? Now most WE detachments
are 1 WE in strength, but there are exceptions. Ork Battlefortresses for
example, Eldar HoverCheese, even Warhounds...

Now I could be wrong here. Can you quote chapter-and-verse, as my books
(both sets) are on loan?
