One of the problems with the eagles being upside down is that the rules have
been changed a lot since the original misiles were originally designed. It
has onlt been relatively recently that there have been much control on where
you can place what titan weaponry. There were problems with people taking
very little but misiles on their titans, and in an attempt to quell this
problem, especially since 1) they are meant to be rare & 2) in a long term
battle fully misiled tiatns are next to useless, GW said they were carapace
only. Now yes they do look silly upside down on the carapace, but it is in
the rules. I wouldn't have a problem with arm mounted misiles as long as
there were no carapace misiles. I think the sheer numbers of misiles that
was the problem.
