I would suggest sticking with the 25 points for Juggers/steeds of slaanesh
(hero,cavalry) as given in the main lists. In 40K, one of the distinguishing
features of the Chaos army is its ability to take any number of high-level
heroes; allowing extra chaos/sorceror lords would reflect this well and
allow
players to use large numbers of juggers/steeds/discs. They could perhaps be
support troops, reflecting the structure of the 40K list: an amendment to
the
support section could run
