Absolutely! Even adding a tail AND the chaos whip is not 150 pts. You
MIGHT be able to make a case for some of the Banelord weapons (though the
tail specifically says Banelord only, and the Havoc missile rack is
certainly no better than 2 barrage missile launchers), but the LoB weapons
should DEFINITELY not be used on regular titans.

Same thing. 100pts (20%) is a little much to pay for a +2, even with an
energy whip. I could probably handle 550 and 1100, but that's about it.
