[Epic] Rules & Final Liberation

While I was playing with that game I saw that the rules were different. The
score was based on the morale not on objectives and killed troops.
So can one of u advice me a site where download the rules of E40k, please?
I don't know them, I played only the second release and Titan Legion.
Finally about Final Liberation are available anywhere the other races?
