You did respond and it made me happpy. It's just for something of this
magnitude, a lot of work went into it and I wanted a little feedback from
beginners and pros alike. I think it is a useful resource for all, and I
learnt a lot in writing it. More importantly, I would like to hear from
those whose detachments I used to see if my comments were fair and/or
true.
