Ah, you have just reminded me of that. Non-psychic as in even the Emperor
could not sense their presence, which is why he had never located them.
Kinda like the same powers the Culuxes(?) Assassins have. I am not
suggesting the two are related, but GW have a habit of recycling their fluff
in this manner.
