Okay: type the following:

ftp ukyou.res.cmu.edu

at the user prompt, type "msde".
at the password, type "foobar".

then, type "put <filename>" repeatedly.

Oh. Umm.. I suppose I should set the reply so it doesn't go to the list.
It will be up in about half an hour, at most.
