That's interesting, because there is nothing to say you can't get off a
jetbike since you can upgrade to jetbikes as well as a Falcon. The
difference is that Harlequins are the crew of jetbikes, where are harlequins
in Falcons are merely passengers

I wouldn't be surprised if there was a Q&A on this, and it went something
like this:

To dismount you must put troops into a transport, you can only do this if
the vehicle has the transport ability. Since Jetbikes don't have the
transport ability they can't dismount.

Basically you can't have all the guns and shields blown off a gargant and
then decide you want to dismount the crew and leave the next to useless
shell behind.

This is hard to explain. Uhm

Crew cannot dismount, passengers can.
