  Well, your wrong.
1) The 1995 book is just the copyright date. That book is still in
print, and it is the current Codex for Trynids. In the current version
they can have Chaos Allies, the only 'Nids that can any sort of
allies. Note that Chaos can NOT have Genestealer allies, just 'Stealer
can have Chaos. There is no later version that removes this
Genestealer/Chaos connection.

2) Most of the E41K lists are based on RT era stuff, where Genestealer
cults were in fact Chaos cults. This is not something that I came up
with off the top of my head, this is what they were. They were not
allied to Chaos, they had Chaos as an integral part of the army list,
therefore Chaos is a part of the army list for E41K.
