There is also stuff in the old SPace Hulk fluff that speaks to this and in
fact in an old catalog there is a patriarch possessed by Chaos model. If
the cult was weak and / or unsuccessful the patriarch could allow itself to
be possessed by a Chaos power thus getting a new infusion of converts. Now
there would be a Epic fight - the HIve fleet shows up but their cult is now
Chaos ....
